They will say anything to get your business, but do not trust them. They lied to me from beginning to end. They took a month to get the tenant in. They charged double the initially agreed fees, for a second year on the contract. They held the money for weeks, and still have not released the money they owe us 10 days after the tenants moved in. They have made so many promises I can't count, and they haven't kept a single one. These people are serious crooks, do not touch them with a barge pole.

We believe this may be competition , trying to make our establishment look poor. We take great pride in our customer services and we would be more than happy for yourselves to contact our offices on 0207 700 4402 to discuss further. We are unable to locate yourselves on any of our databases or systems. Please call us immediately and we are willing to speak to yourselves and resolve any issues . But first we need to see how genuine the comment made in regards to Duncan Chase Estate Agents is , we are very transparent and we have great business ethics and great directors with great morals. I cannot stress strongly enough that you avoid this estate agent at all costs. They are a sham of a company, highly unprofessional, rude and just plain liars.
