I chose to use Gascoigne Halman on this occasion because I had used other branches in the past and had always received a professional service. I also researched properties advertised by other agencies and found that Gascoigne Halman's standard of photography was far superior.
All the staff in the Wilmslow branch that I dealt with during the sale of my father's property were friendly and professional. Markus had the flat on the market within a few days and I received an offer (which I accepted) from the first person who viewed the property.
Lucy kept me regularly updated on progress with the sale and when there were delays with the solicitors, she did her utmost to find out what the issues were, keeping me informed and advising if I needed to get involved.
Overall, I received a great service from the team at Wilmslow and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.
