Had a meeting with English manageress-she seemed very nice and professional. She took photos and I showed her the description I wished her to use-she completly ignored it and placed her own rather bland and non descript ad on Zoopla and Right Move. She didn't even agree the rental I wanted to advertise and she unilaterally put £1400 which is £50 less than what I had with other agents. Haart consultants-one of whom could not speak speak English very well and no idea of what a motorised-satellite system was or what designer radiators were!!! The house is a beautiful Swiss Style semi-detached witha sauna and pond in the yard. A very unusual and pretty house-tastefully designed. Over the month that the property was with them there were about 25+ viewings by COMPLETE TIME -WASTERS! There was NO FILTERING OF ANY KIND-NO CHECK IF the prospective tenents could afford the rent! There was one nice African gentlemen who was shown the place-It was like a child in a sweet shop. The guy said "It is very beautiful but it is way beyond his budget!" After 1 month the manageress contacted me to EITHER 1, Lower the rent or 2, Give 1 months rent-free!!!! and that because my was only "3-bedroomed" and that similar properties in the street were "4-bedroomed" I should "lower my rent". I pointed out that mine had also been a "4-bedroomed" and that because of the size I had knocked the small bedroom out to create a bigger master bedroom. It seemed to me they were trying to flog a Ferrrari to somebody who was looking for a bus!!!! And because the Ferrari was a 2 seater that it warranted a reduction in price!!!!! The consultants were not very disciplined -they made appointments for viewing and didn't bother turning up or informing me when it was cancelled. They advertise they have "vetted professionals". This is a joke! Professionals to them means anybody who has any sort of job!!!!!

Comment on agent fees
Standard fees for finding a tenant and managing the property. Some flexibility in fees would be nice, but at the end of the day, Sinan secured a tenant at a good rent, so I am happy. Better to have a tenant than a void.

very very poor service. Rang in to discuss a property that was on the market below market value. The agent (i dont know his name) was not interested at all. Just wanted me off the phone. Not the first time this has happened with this company nor im guessing will it be the last ...
