I had a specific requirement and gave this to the agent. An ideal property that had been 'under offer' suddenly became available again right at the end of a business day. I was informed of its availability overnight by email, responded by contacting the agent by phone first thing in the morning and was shown around the property within an hour. Their service was fast, efficient, friendly and focused. I liked the fact that they had taken note of my interest and acted accordingly at the first opportunity. Not something I've always experienced from some agents in the past. Communications were always good, they were very professional and handled both the sellers and my interests well. I subsequently bought the property. They continued to act and communicate well through to completion and have followed up well post-purchase. An all round good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
