I really believe that without the help of James and his team at Wilmslow, we would not now be living in our dream home. It ended up being a mind field of strategic negotiations between solicitors, vendors, planning departments and red tape! James's ability to work through it all, keeping everyone informed and using his diplomatic skills finally won the day.... I was delighted to drop off a bottle of champagne for the team to enjoy once the contract were finally signed. A big thank you to you all! Paul and Carol Hesketh
