Both Ryan and Daniel were excellent throughout the whole process of selling our property, from the first initial valuation Daniel provided a great service explaining everything about what Castles do and what happens from day one until the end.

Throughout the whole selling process Ryan kept us updated the whole way and answered any questions we had and helped us the with anything we needed.

Ive dealt with other agents in the past and have to say Daniel and Ryan in the Waltham Abbey branch have to be the best!! Thank you

Tenant Fees

Tenant Fees and Permitted Payments

* Holding deposits - a maximum of 1 week’s rent

* Deposits - a maximum deposit of 5 week’s rent for annual rent below £50,000, or 6 week’s rent for annual rental of £50,000 and above

* Payments for a Variation or Change to a tenancy agreement - £50 inclusive of VAT

* Payments associated with early termination of a tenancy – capped at the landlord’s loss or the agent’s reasonably incurred costs

* Utilities, communication services ( e.g. telephone, broadband) TV licence, council tax

* Interest payments for the late payment of rent – can be charged up to 3% over the Bank of England base rate

* Reasonable costs for the replacement f lost keys or other security devices.
