We found the selling of our house totally painless. We appointed Bradleys from a selection of three estate agents who came to the house.
Michelle's presentation was the most impressive, and the follow up service was just as good. We were informed of every step that they took. As we did not live at the house, it was important to know when a potential buyer was to visit the house, we were always informed when this was going to happen. It was also very refreshing that our permission was requested that it was OK for a viewing.
There was also some valuable advice from Michelle as to when I should consider lowering the price on the house, and some good advice on a couple of ridiculously insulting offers.
Mention must also be made of Maggie and Richard in the office, as they all work as one team. In fact we wish that the team could sell our house in Devon, but that's obviously not practical!
The Newquay office of Bradleys made the selling of our house in Cornwall extremely easy. Before the house had been officially marketed, we had three viewings.
