As first time buyers we have struggled to find our way in an extremely difficult market. Our experience had previously consisted of inefficient, condescending and rude estate agents, who treated us like a number on their books.
As a stroke of fortune we found a property that we loved with The Property Explorer. They have been head and shoulders clear from the competition, measurably different right from the off. Our first phone call with them showed us that they clearly understood our needs and had great attention for detail, focusing on what is important to us.
Gaye Ambrose is warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. It is clear she has a great deal of experience and was as passionate about the house as we were. Her professionalism and consideration shone through, maintaining constant contact with my partner and I, some evenings we would receive a call after 8pm with an update! (You deserve a long holiday Gaye)
Gaye has been invaluable to our success, going above and beyond her duties, and is the main reason we have been successful in obtaining the house we dreamed of and we cannot thank her enough.

Oliver viewed and valued my property and I requested a guide price and expected sales price.
His manner and lack of communication when I queried the valuation and asked for further information was abrupt and unhelpful.

We had a deal that was marketed with a flyer through the door for a 0.75% fee. It was not stated on the flyer that this was excluding VAT, so when the invoice came through we were a little surprised as we had budgeted on a flat 0.75% fee.
