arranged a viewing with them for a few days time, called to confirm in the morning and they said yes it was fine! they called back an HOUR before we go to view it and say they don't have the keys to the property!!! re-arrange it for a few days later and again a few hours before we are due to view it they phone up again saying that the tenants are still in there and have left their belongings, so we are yet again unable to view it!! ridiculous service! how are they unable to arrange a successful viewing!! not one but twice on the same property!! went to view another property with them, waited outside for 20 mins for the estate agent, phoned them and was told the property had already gone! did they not think to inform us before we went there! we are having to take time off work for these viewings and having these terrible lot keep failing on us is ridiculous! how they have remained in business i do not know!

Cancelled viewing appontments twice at very short notice (less than 1 hour) for two and then three properties at once.Cannot believe they could not give more notice or warning that the proprties might become unavailable. Made no attempt to offer further help. Waste of time ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) Rearranged viewings after first cancellation - I had to ring them to rebook. 2) Given me warning that the houses might not be available if complications were arising - surely all three cannot have become unavailable suddenly within one hour of the viewing?? 3) Given as much notice as possible of actual cancellation of the appointments. 4) Offered help to find more suitable properties - seemed to take no interest at all. I am an investment buyer who already owns several properties - do they really not want my custom?.Attached Filesnbsp;
