"*" AVOID this company and especially this branch! The lowest level of customer service I have ever encountered, not counting they are the most expensive. The branch manager responds to emails and complaints 2 weeks later and does not understand the concept of professionalism. I only used them for 2 months and now that i want to change agents, they have the audacity to charge me 1 full year's management fees to terminate the contract...well sorry, didn't sign an agreement so not paying your ridiculous charges for no services rendered! Don't let them bully you. To Haart, don't ask me to write in a complaint. I already have! No one got back to me as of yet. Next step, I will be going to the property ombudsman.
