When looking to buy our first property, we arranged to see some properties with Beresford Adams. We were also offered a meeting with their mortgage broker, which we took up. During the viewings, the staff were always punctual, and always honest about the property, with lots of ideas. Whenever we've visited the office or called, all the staff are very friendly and professional.
Although we didn't purchase a property through them, we did get our mortgage. Claire has been absolutely fantastic, if everyone in the buying process was as efficient and communicative as her then the process would be a breeze! All communication, whether it be by email or phone, is always answered promptly. We're very happy with everything and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their mortgage services.

What agent could do to change your mind?
When fees are paid I would hope that the agency can therefore maintain a property well and promptly and this has not been the case. The fees would be appropriate if there was a good quality service.
