I was introduced to Neel through a friend, he managed to sort out a problematic tenant who had not paid rent for months, and for approximately 2 years we have not had a single month without rent. We have tenants come and go, but get thorough references and Neel has great intuition about the rental value. The property is well maintained and I receive regular photographs of the property along with a monthly statement each month without fail. When there is a problem at the property or something that needs fixing or replacing, Neel always has a quote prepared when informing me of the situation so that I have an idea of the cost. I will remain a loyal customer and have already recommended his services to friends and family. Keep up the good work Neel and the team.
