I have felt generally happy with the service provided by Belvoir (41 Cable House).
As it was my first time using a letting agent, I was a bit apprehensive as there are some horror stories out there! However, I was reassured and kept up to date with how things were proceeding, queries were answered promptly and politely and with a good knowledge of their area of expertise, so very quickly any worries were alleviated.
A tenant was found quickly and so far it seems to be working well. I felt that Belvoir and particularly, Nicola, had the best interests at heart of both parties, as it is just as important to me that my tenant is happy and settled in their home. I felt Nicola got an idea of what I was looking for in a tenant and tried to 'match' this well.
Nicola was very good at her job and I appreciated her help and support through the process and I'm sure it will continue in this way.
There was a minor delay on me receiving the tenancy agreement and inventory, but this is resolved and once again was dealt with in a polite and efficient manner.

I have been impressed with all the staff at Belvoir-41 Cable House.
