The service we received from Jackson Noon was just awful, amateur at the best. The staff were very unprofessional and the manager of the branch was highly incompetent. We were told lies and mistruths throughout our purchase. Having been advised to move out of our rented property by Jackson Noon - as based on their "apparent" vast experience the sale would easily be complete within a 6 week window -we were then left having to live in a hotel for 2 months whilst we waited for the sale to complete. Our solicitors had told us that an estate agent should never specify a completion date before the solicitors have even started working on the case.
I would strongly advise that you do not use this estate agent as you will be severely disappointed. The company does not care about the customers just about taking your money. Be very careful as they will try and recommend solicitors and surveyors (a.k.a: friends) to you who will charge you way over the industry standard price. I feel it is my duty to warn people of this estate agent as their service is highly unacceptable and should be reviewed immediately.
