I was dreading letting out my flat to an unknown stranger especially as I was going to be out of the country for longish periods of time. I contacted a couple of local Letting Agents and was disappointed with their general attitude. Then an old friend suggested I use Neel Patel of Macks Properties. What a revelation. Here was an Agent who was totally dedicated and honest. He was brilliant in sourcing and vetting the prospective tenants, and I was invited to meet them as well. However I left the final choice to Neel. The tenant paid a fraction less than I wanted but Neel's instinct was brilliant. They pay on time and keep the flat in tip top condition as evident from images I receive from Neel with his regular emails. Naturally the slightest problem, in the flat is dealt with promptly. I must say that I can sleep at night without any worries about my flat, especially when I'm on my travels. It's almost two years and the Tenant is the same and so is the Letting Agent - Macks Properties. Many thanks to Neel and his Team.
