We relocated to the area in October 2013. Buying our 1st house, starting a new job and having our 1st baby meant trying to get into our new was essential. We bought a house from Gasgoine Hallman in January 2014. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely wonderful. James was the team member that looked after us from start to finish. He was contactable and his customer service skills were excellent. The buying of the house was at times challenging due to the age of the house, but James and I often spoke daily (even 2 or 3 times a day when required) His understanding of the process was second to none and any challenges that came up he had an answer or a way to solve it. His manager was also on hand to look after us over weekends and days off. In comparison we unfortunately used Countrywide as our Mortgage advice and conveyancing. The service was very slow, poorly communicated and often did not help with my questions and queries. I had such a negative experience with Countrywide and know that without James and the team (on the sellers side) we could not have moved into our dream house. I could not recommend James and Gasgoinge Hallman highly enough and as and when we decide to move again we will most certainly be using them.
