Very unprofessional. I once returned a call from them and was told that they had no idea why I had been called but they were sure someone would call me again if it was important. Conversations and agreements were promptly forgotten about. A considerable amount of money owed to me was only repaid after several phone calls. Problems I reported to them were never passed on to the landlord.

Reasonably pleased with the fees as they were cheaper than Johnson Wood and others. Still feel that agent fees for tenants are really bad news when one thinks the rent being paid.

I have the same problem. Stuck with a property that has it's health issues, landlord doesn't even want to hear about it, the staff is awful and rude, the manager doesn't even know what he is doing, he lies all the time!!! Be aware and do not use them no matter the property!!! ...
