We had major problems constantly with this agency we have just recently moved out of one of there properties, and I can tell you they are the WORST EVER AGENCY.

I was renting from them for over a year, we handed over £925 in greentree offkce the cash was handed to Elaine, with Paul present, then we signed the tenancy agreement. The payment was for £575 deposit £175 each for me and my partner for administration and tenancy fee. Then on the day we get the keys we hand over another £575 no reciept for any payments.

A week with us moving in someone tried to break in, we asked for alarm to be fixed and a security spotlight, the police said it was landlords responsibility for the security. Greentree told me I had to pay for it, so did. I'm not gonna do dates and times coz would be a book ha, My boiler broke I had no hot water or heating for 4 weeks, My electrics blew no electrics for 4 days, no compensation for the food we lost in fridge and freezer. Porch door rotted fell apart. No heating upstairs for at least 8 month. Shower only cold. Fire fell off wall. Had a major gas leak, national grid came out turned all, gas supplies of said we were very lucky people. Explained gas pipeline been burnt, the new pipeline that Greentrees cowboys fitted when they done new boiler....leakage in boiler since been fitted. Back door was an interior door full of glass panels.....all this with a 3 yr old child living there...fire fell lff the wall onto my son and the glass panels in back door my son tripped over and his head went through panel....he was very lucky he only came out with scratches but the hoslital said somekne ks watchjng over him....still see the moment in my mind it was frightening..........the agency had the cheek to send me an eviction notice ....section 21, they said theh dint have to have a reason to serve the notice but its down to my rent arreas, as due all incidents I was paying 458 a month instead of 575, atleast I was pqying some of my rent they didnt deserve any payments atall. But k think the notice was because I repoerted them to the council, the surveyor came out n saw his self n investingating, I would mind but the house wasnt nice I was desparate for a house as I was livinggwith parents n sibilings....it my first private rented n didnt know what to expect. ?..............anyone everyone want to come together to get this agency destroyed......they made me life hell I think they deserve to be name and shamed......people need to be aware of this so called agency

Get in touch and provide copies of their communications with the owner of the property. They could have Been more proactive in getting a boiler repair person to the property in hours instead of days.
