Needed to move into a new adress ASAP, went to view a house accepted it and payed the deposit and admin fees, then found out that someone had already did this before us and there was a similar property that we could take. We took the similar property as we were desperate and agreed that we would move into the adress on the 8th of the month, it is now 4 weeks later my furniture is still in storage that I'm paying for and I still have not got the keya to the new adress. They have given me 3 moving in dates for the new property and the day before have rang me and extended it by another week. I haven't received any apologies and will probably end up sleeping in the car. No doubt the worst experience with moving in my life. So still no house and pockets £700 lighter. I do not recommend fenix properties
What agent could do to change your mind?
Let me move in on the agreed date, maybe give some compensation as I'm still paying storage fees 4 weeks later. Dealt with the situation professionally.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would be most grateful if you could call our office to discuss which property you are referring to, we have signed contracts and emails from all our Landlords authorising the marketing of their properties, therefore I am assuming you are mistaking the property for a different one especially as we are advertising it as a property of different size. What agent could do to change your mind?
Fenix property did not respond to most of our emails asking for our money back. Correspondence was slow, and bizarly letters were signed "Your's sincerely Fenix Property". This suggested a very unprofessional approach. I have used several Newcastle and Teesside based estate agents and they have always been professional in dealing with any concerns. However, this company is NOT professional in their dealings and did not apologise or acknowledge the trouble they had caused.
