From my first contact with Emma, via my initial call to the office, it was clear that she understood what it was my partner and I were looking for and also the pressures we were under both to find something we really wanted to live in and something that we could buy very quickly! We're radically downsizing so we had quite specific requirements.
Emma showed us two properties this morning and talked knowledgeably about each one. Both were exactly the type of properties we were looking for, but in fact we put in an offer on the spot for the second. Emma took notes of certain queries that we wished to raise when putting forward our offer, and we were impressed with her attention to detail. Within an hour Emma called me to say that our offer had been accepted and with the information that we had asked for. Excellent communications from Emma throughout the afternoon, email and text, mean that we have been able to get moving on this very quickly, which is exactly what we needed to happen.
Professional, friendly, empathetic and efficient - the perfect qualities for an estate agent.
