We rented a property from Starkey and Brown for three years, and were excellent tenants. They asked us to vacate a premises on the corner of Bunkers Hill and Hawthorn Road. They are now attempting to fleece us of nearly £700 from our deposit for 'cobwebs left in corner of room', 'indents left where furniture has stood' and 'weeds'. We are taking legal action to get our deposit back.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
