Having been a tenant for the past 10 years my experiences have varied dramatically and I can't stress enough the importance of good, honest service. I can confidently say that Ellis & Co have been nothing but professional, helpful, resourceful and honest. Even in challenging situations they've always had the nous, flexibility and skill to negotiate and manage situations in a manner to keep all parties happy. I'd therefore recommend their services with great pleasure.

No comment really except to say that it was competitive and probably not unreasoable. In strong market conditions (such as we were selling in), I still find it unbelievable that some agents will not negotiate on fees. This may be their model, but surely sometimes it quite obviously doesn't make sense.
