Simply horrible service.
We got an apartment through JLL, during the viewing the staff member was very polite if a bit rushed. He ensured us all the details of the property, rent/parking etc. We moved in soon, and soon things started going wrong.
All problems with the property were managed by JLL, so when we had issues with heating we called them, got no support. Our heating did not work for various days (sometimes 3 days in a row in winters), and we got no support. Just standard boilerplate emails saying they are looking into it, and then nothing, with us having to call them again and again.
Now to come back to before mentioned parking space, which we were ensured at the time of viewing that it was part of the rent. They gave away our parking to someone else in the building, basically rented it out to someone else without informing us. Then argued with us that our property never had a parking spot, when we argued and provided evidence in form of an email, they said that yes our property had a parking, but it has been rented out so nothing can be done about it now. No support then.
During checkout, we got into various headaches, they repeatedly asked us to get professional cleaners, preferably through them (I am sure they were getting some sort of deal), when we declined, they imposed cleaning charges on us, even though we cleaned the property thoroughly and took pictures as evidence, which matched with the pictures taken by the inspector. Also added admin charges for us to check out, even though we did not ask to move out, the landlord asked us to move as they were selling the property.
All in all horrible experience.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have helped in a lot of ways, like managing the property issues like they were supposed to.
Not imposed useless charges on us, and not given away our parking spot to someone else without telling us.
