They are quick to take your money but not so fast to return it.
I left a property I rented through them six weeks ago and I am still awaiting the return of my deposit.
I have contacted them on a weekly basis and I have received no answers. They are a complete set of "*".
I have been forced to dispute this through the TDS and Citizens Advice Bureau.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Comment on agent fees
A bit steep, though not out of the ordinary. I do not agree with the fact they let more than one applicant apply and pay the fee without a refund if unsuccessful for reasons which do not relate to them.
