When I looked on Zoopla, the pictures of this property drew me back again and again. I e-mailed haart and asked to view the property as soon as possible. Richard Spinks rang me first thing on Monday morning offering me an appointment to view the property, showed me around, then waited while I walked round again on my own. I was given plenty of time to take everything in and reflect. Richard assisted me on a further 2 viewings so I could satisfy myself that this was in fact the property for me. Most of the transaction went smoothly however there were a few hold ups as the property was subject to probate. Haart were very helpful and tried to insure i was kept in the loop. I would like to thank Richard for his patience and kindness and for accommodating me with showing my autistic grandson my new house before I has moved in.
