I have had better services in student homes.
When it came for signing for the property the staff where very friendly and nice but as soon as that was over you see their true colours. When we moved in we were promised the flat would be clean, the walls would be painted & everything should be services and working correctly.
Within the first 2 weeks off moving in we reported the boiler was not working. After calling them repeatedly to only get told ¢â‚¬Å“we will call you back¢â‚¬Â
In the end it took them 6 months 4 different engineers , countless calls and a very called December without heating.
At the same time our shower also need to be repaired and removed for a few weeks in December and when I pointed this out to Bridgfords that we now had no shower or running hot water to wash our self' with, They replied ¢â‚¬Å“to take a shower/bath you will need to boil a kettle¢â‚¬Â
Getting Bridgfords to come and fix a fault might as well be a full time job, and you should never expect them to fix it first time around. Usually expect 3-4 visits (this will take about 2-3 months) until they decided that it should just be replaced.
We have been in the property 8 months now and have had countless issues that should have been resolved prior to us moving in if the flat. This could have all been avoided & corrected if the flat was inspected and serviced before we had moved in. We are now on our 3rd ¢â‚¬Å“Property manager¢â‚¬Â each of them as useless as the other.
I hope that someone reads this and changes there mind about signing with this company if so I feel I have done my job.
