I have been very impressed and pleased with Clare Sheffield's services in helping me to rent out my flat in Tunbridge Wells. She has a very good understanding of the market, is refreshingly very efficient and as good as her word, and found me a suitable tenant very quickly.

As a new landlord, she guided me through the whole process.

You can find honest people, you can find efficient people, and you can find knowledgeable people; but to find them all in one person is rare, and Clare Sheffield has convinced me she is such a person.

Delighted NOT disgusted of Tunbridge Wells!

Lazy and rude. If you want an agent who will help in a chain to move the selling and buying process along, then go somewhere else. Once Wards have a buyer, they will sit back and let everybody else do the work whilst they watch ...

Agree totally with this review. They don't stick to their side of the agreement and let everyone else do the work for them and then charge astronomical fees for doing nothing. Never ever use them. ...
