The bed frame was reported as broken on 3rd April, the landlord attended to repair this and confirmed that it had been fixed on 10th April.
According to our records, any problems with the fireplace, cooker or flies do not appear to have been reported to us – if you can provide more information then we will of course look into these issues.
Whilst there was a problem with the central heating, the remedial works were postponed until the Christmas break to ensure minimal disruption to you as tenants. In those rooms where the radiators were not operational, the landlord provided oil filled heaters as a substitute for the period that these were out of action and reimbursed you for any additional costs incurred as a result.
A fault with the attic shower was reported to us on 11th March, and the landlord visited on 14th March to attend to this, and then instructed an electrician. They confirmed that a replacement shower was required, which did cause a slight delay until this came into stock. Whilst we appreciate this was not ideal, you did still have full use of the shower to the first floor until the attic shower was restored to full working order.
We can only apologise if you were not advised of the scheduled works taking place to the roof. The works are due to be completed by the end of this week, weather permitting. These should not obstruct your access to the property and the contractors will ensure minimal inconvenience to you while these are ongoing.
A wide variety of factors are taken into account when determining the advertising price of the property, so this does not reflect the maintenance of the property.
