I discovered McQueen Legal on the internet and decided to give them a call for advice, this was a wise choice as we had a negative experience with a solicitor in Edinburgh prior to this!
Our contact related to the purchase of a second property for ourselves and we requested an estimate of costs. Initially I spoke with Mary McQueen who was polite, articulate, knowledgeable and interested and thereafter we dealt with Jane Yarrington. We received our estimate very swiftly which was significantly less than other companies. I was amazed, then even more amazed, that they provided a much superior service, for less than other lawyers, in Edinburgh! We found her to be excellent and brilliant at dealing with issues and questions on the spot. Nothing appeared too much trouble, her memory was excellent and she recalled with great accuracy our earlier conversations and valuation figures, most people would have to re refer to their paperwork! I would definitely use Mcqueen legal for all our future business as we have been so happy with their professional efficient manner. Most of all we found them to be entirely TRANSPARENT and TRUSTWORTHY. Very Important qualities in the legal world!! 5 STARS!!
