I approached Links as I had been recommended by a friend and I had seen a large number of their sold boards in my area. I was given a very constructive and accurate valuation which offered extensive advice on how to maximize the marketability of my property. Viewings were arranged immediately and the team at Links secured me a buyer within 3 weeks, despite other agencies failing to shift similar properties in the area. I was given feedback almost immediately from every viewing, good or bad, which helped us prepare for further viewings better.
After selling our property, Ryan immediately got to work on finding a suitable purchase property for us, which he did within a day, he understood our requirements perfectly. He agreed the purchase and instructed solicitors the same day. The whole team at Links were very attentive throughout the conveyancing process, keeping us updated whenever possible, they even offered to drive to North Devon to collect some paperwork to ensure our completion date was met.
4 months after having our initial valuation, we are now in our ideal home and couldn't have done it without Ryan, Mark and Glenda, we are very grateful for their efforts and would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the Exmouth/surrounding area.
