The staff of Fulfords were, without exception, all very helpful, professional and friendly. They were also very patient and understanding of my frustration and angry phone calls during what became a very protracted sale and exchange. I particularly single out Branch Manager Stefan Palmer who throughout presented a calming and positive attitude and went the extra mile to ease our passage to a satisfactory conclusion.
