I would like to thank you particularly for remembering me and all the facts of the previous sale, for your friendliness and politeness and the feeling of trust you impart. Your team were on the case immediately and Kim contacted me regularly during the one day it took to get an offer on my flat! Must be a record I would think, and it sounds like just the kind of buyer I hoped to find.
