Very Bad service, terrible outcome for us as buyers. We had put an offer of 525000 on a property and were in the middle of the paperwork ie getting the mortgage approved etc. and these guys got another cash buyer to put an offer an the property. They even kept on letting other people view the property, even after the initial offer was accepted.
Highly disappointing, avoid at all costs, unless you are the sort of buyer who has lots of money and can go into open bidding.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
