I used Warrens to sell my property and I cannot thank them enough for the work that they carried out. At the time, I was in a situation where I needed a quick sale and knowing this they managed to squeeze me in and get my property on the market straight away. I had my first offer of full asking price within 2 days of my advert being published so I was over the moon . Throughout the process I found them extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects involved within the market. They even spent time giving me advice on a property that I was looking into buying when I found myself stuck. I have heard horror stories about Estate Agents leaving you out in the cold so to speak once they have your sale but Warrens could not be further from this, continuously keeping me updated and informed as to what was going on, and helping me when needed. I must also mention what great value they were. Overall, it was a very smooth and stress-free process to what, with the wrong Estate Agents, I think could be a very stressful time. I would highly recommend using Warrens and if I ever move again then I will certainly be coming back to them. Thanks Guys!
