I contacted Andrew Jackson in early 2014 to search for an apartment in London. I was then living in South Africa and was unable to view the apartments myself. Andrew provided an excellent service - he frequently called and emailed me with well-selected properties, He stayed in touch during the offer process and ensured I selected a well-priced and very comfortable apartment. I was talking to different agents at that time, but it was Andrew's courtesy and professionalism that convinced me to go with Thamesview.

Unfortunately, as I now have gone with another agency, I no longer need to spend time going through such issues by phone with Square Mile.
It is the unfortunate characteristic of your type of business. It is the agents at the front that give the picture of your business. Customers will just go elsewhere if that picture is not customer focused from the off.

After two year experience really nothing the agent can do to change my mind. Dont go for Square Mile. They are apathetic paperwork creaters who complete disregard to your comfort. They want to create papers, invoices, meetings rather than actually fixing the issue. You can send them as many emails, photos, issues etc, they have only one objective - Billing. How to create maximum revenue from tenant and landlord. Billing is their only objective.Attached Filesnbsp;
