Henry Adams inherited me as a client when they took over Links Lettings.
Oakfield is a particularly difficult rental being a mobile home on a 5 acre plot that is used frequently by our family for BBQ's, camping, log chopping, ferreting etc., sometimes large machinery is used in the fields. Not suited to most tenants.
Our tenant has been with us for about 5 years, he's 'tricky' on occasions and after a spell of unemployment and depression he was very behind with the rent. Sonia was brilliant, she handled his rent collection tactfully but firmly, the letters to our tenant were so well worded (he read them to me!)
The rent is fully up to date now, all arrears paid off. I believe it is because of Sonia (affectionally known by our tenant as the Rottweiler!!) that we:
A. Received all of the rent owed
B. stayed on good terms with the tenant and kept the tenancy going (it's not easy to find a candidate for an ageing mobile home!)
Egdean Cottage got flooded out last Christmas, again good sound advice from HA helped me deal with a very upset tenant. Lily has recently revalued the property and found new tenants.
I have been with Henry Adams for many years, they have been consistently professional, friendly and have always found good long term tenants for my 3 rental properties. I worked overseas for many years because all of the staff are 100% dedicated, I travelled the world confident in the knowledge that my properties were being overseen by a superb team.
Three years ago, after a personal tragedy, it was difficult to keep my own life on track I was living solely off the rents for a while. It was suggested by my accountant that I should sell my properties and invest the money elsewhere because I was 'unable to cope'. The Storrington team were brilliant, I was able to keep my rentals going because they to do what they always do........run my rentals smoothly.
Various estate agents have approached me to put my rental properties on their books, with enormous pleasure I inform them that Henry Adams are the absolute experts in the rental market, they have been consistently fantastic for years.
Over the years, I have never had a single reason to complain, I am an extremely satisfied customer.
