I must of spoke to each member of staff at some time they just get some body else to phone don't no what their doing from start to finish invoicing ,paperwork ,etc
What agent could do to change your mind?
Send them on some sort of training

We are sorry to learn you feel you have had to talk to too many teams at Chancellors.

I understand that your tenants wished to renew their tenancy and you contacted our Thatcham branch concerning this request; renewals are handled by our property management teams at our head office in Bracknell, and the team in Thatcham advised you would need to speak with them directly in order to discuss this further. After this discussion you again contacted our Thatcham office who arranged for the manager of our Thameside Property Management team to contact you on the same day to chat about the release of the tenants’ deposit.

If there are any questions or matters that remain outstanding, please contact our Thameside Property Management team on 01344 408130 and we would be happy to assist you.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If they had of supported us, made suggestions for other properties, not been sarcastic, blunt and antagonistic. We're cash buyers for god sake. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM CHANCELLORS!!!!
