We're sorry you've been unhappy with the service provided, and we'll certainly take your feedback on board.
Regarding the boiler, we were waiting for the funds for the maintenance to be released by the landlord before we could instruct the contractor. I understand that the property is now due to receive a full boiler replacement.

well it seems that the ‚£120 i pay each year for renewing the tenancy is unusual in agent land . other fees i guess are usual but the less a tenant has to pay out the better. although i have put recommend agent i only put that as i don't disapprove. i feel neutral.
