Viewing arranged for 6.30 pm which was then changed at v short notice to 4.00 pm. Agent was late arriving but as wasn't sure if agent had already entered property, knocked on door. A very grumpy current tenant then opened door and said he knew nothing about any viewing arrangements so would not let us in as Kushy Move had done exactly same thing the day before! Agent arrived about ten minutes later, by which time three other viewers had arrived. The agent then knocked on the door. Mr Grumpy Tenant then came to answer the door again. After a five minute conversation the Agent came and told us we would have to come back on Monday evening. We did so as arranged. Only one of the other prospective tenants from previous Saturday turned up. Agent was there promptly this time but told us he was scared to knock on door in case Mr Grumpy Tenant answered! Agent eventually got out of his car and knocked - thankfully there was nobody in so agent used key to access property. He very casually but quickly showed us a couple of the rooms but did not seem interested in "selling" the property to us. He then said if interested we should put a bid in by email and the landlord would make his decision. This we duly did later on Monday evening. As had heard nothing by Friday I emailed again asking for a reply. The reply came on Saturday telling us that somebody had put a bid in AND paid a security deposit on the Saturday (that we couldn't get past Mr Grumpy Tenant). (1) If that were the case why were we even offered a viewing at all on either the Saturday or the following Monday? (2) Why did Kushy Move not contact us to let us know without a follow up email having to be sent - surely they could have replied to the email sent on the Monday evening! Poor show all round and I would not recommend Kushy Move to anybody!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Turned up on time. Ensured that the viewing times were adhered to. Ensured that we could access the property to view it. Showed more enthusiasm for the property. Been aware of the fact that a security deposit had already been paid and accepted before we got a chance to step over the threshold. Kept us informed. Replied to a bid by email without having to be prompted.Attached Filesnbsp;

Thank you to everyone at Kushy Move. We were renting the property for 6 years from them and we never had any issues. Had to move out as the house became to small for my growing family. Would definitely rent from them again....
