Having never sold a property before, Billy Rowe began by explaining the whole procedure and advising what to do to market the property effectively, eg. painting the hall a neutral colour. Also that there was no need to "go overboard" on the decorating as new owners usually want to put their own stamp on things.
Billy was good at calming me down when things got stressful - he'd seen it all before and knew it would come right in the end, which it did!
