Awful. Have continually ignored problems since the start of the tenancy, which have then escalated into bigger problems. Take a painfully long time resolving any maintenance issues, and that's only if you continually ring them until they have no choice but to fix them - and this is even for minor issues. Repair work to a pretty poor standard, and always leave a mess behind them; for example, when a new shower unit had to be fitted, they simply left the old one at the front of the house, and left screws and bits and pieces all over the bathroom floor.
Have terrible mold and damp in the property, it took them several months to address the issue, and then they only painted over the mold without treating it. Still extremely damp - dehumidifier fills up to the top with water every single day! Continually told Nigel about this problem, stating that we believed the problem to be water ingress in the walls, but he dismissed us and said it was due to our lifestyle, that it was because the blinds were closed, because there was a towel left on the radiator, and - I kid you not - "the heat from your head on the pillows is going against the wall and causing condensation". When the maintenance guy finally arrived to paint over the mold, he took one look at it and declared that it WAS in fact water ingress, and that the room would need to dry out. Several weeks later, another guy came to paint it, and only did half the job. The moldy blinds still remain in the room, I don't expect they will be replaced.
Avoid like the plague, they couldn't care less.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Take their tenants seriously, stop passing the jobs around the office and instead just do their job properly!

First of all I'm really sorry that you've felt it necessary to put this bad review of us on Allagents. Everything regarding the maintenance of your apartment you state is true and usually the causes of damp mould in student rented properties like yours are exactly as I stated, so I did visit your apartment personally and spoke to you about this a few weeks ago.
What none of us was aware of however - and something we've only learnt about in the last few days - is that the water meter that United Utilities fitted some time back has developed a really bad leak and this is what appears to be one of the causes of the excessive water ingress into your house. The meter is at the back of the cupboard under your kitchen sink which is why neither you nor we had seen it was leaking but we can't fix the meter as it's the property of UU so we've been trying to get a date off them as to when they can come and fix/replace it.
The water leak from the gutter at the front of the house was fixed within 2 days of it being spotted by me when I came out to see you, and we painted your room later that week so although I know you aren't happy about the leaks at least we have responded quickly when I saw there were leaks.
Your window blinds will be replaced in the next few days and United Utilities will also be out to replace your water meter in the next few days too, so finally I'll contact you personally towards the end of this week to ensure you're happy with the results.
