I raised my dispute on the 10th Aug. I never received a reply. I followed up via email on the 19/08/19, 27/08/19, & 04/09/19. When processing deposits we are led by landlords and do follow the TDS guidelines and give all tenants the opportunity to dispute any charges that we put forward. We would never take any money from a tenants deposit until we come to a resolution.
