SELLERS BEWARE nearly lost my house purchase , farrells found me a buyer for the property i was selling who already had a mortgage lined up, and then promptly talked them into seeing their mortgage advisor who talked them into getting a different mortgage through them, this put weeks and weeks onto the chain and my new purchase nearly fell through because of this. so sellers beware farrells do this with everyone who needs a mortgage to buy your property which is nearly everyone. damn greedy for commision on everything, and couldnt lie straight in bed never again

You do realise we are in the middle of a pandemic?! Keeping distance to have a conversation is the law and for your own safety! As for the other comments, have some patience, most businesses have 9 weeks worth of work to catch up on and still not allowed to have all their staff working- again due to the safety measures brought by the pandemic. It’s a shame your house purchase is having to wait a little longer than expected but more important that you’re still alive surely? ...
