I have dealt initially with Richard, Victoria and latterly Madga at the Frome Branch of Lettings-R-Us. I have been extremely impressed with all their attitudes and responses to my requests and queries. All concerns have been dealt with efficiently and effectively, for all parties concerned.
All of the staff there are polite friendly and I am always met with a smile and kind words. Nothing is too much trouble and I am made to feel at ease immediately walking through the door. My partner and I rent a fabulous flat, for which Lettings-R-Us are the Agents.
We are more than happy with our flat and feel comfortable and at ease, knowing that if anything goes wrong or needs to be reported, it will be dealt with quickly. They are always happy to check that any work has been carried out to our expectations meets with our approval.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Lettings-R-Us to look for and find suitable accommodation for any members of the public thinking of buying/selling or renting properties.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
