I want to take countrywide residential lettings to court, I want to close them down for good. They have ripped me off from my deposit which is still outstanding, they have not supplied a single service I have paid for and they have not replied to any of my calls or emails. I moved into a property which had a blocked toilet for a month, the only toilet. We called everyday for a month to get this toilet unblocked, the landlord got it fixed only because I threatened not to pay rent. We have asked and begged for back door key, never recieved one. The house was filthy when I moved in and asked a rep from countrywide to make an appearance to discuss all problems. I have not seen anyone from countrywide my entire stay. I would like everybody that has had a terrible experience as I have to join me and take them to court. [email protected]
What agent could do to change your mind?
reply to my calls, answer my call, be honest, help when it is needed, supply a maintenance service, give me a key to the back door when I ask for it. have a bit of respect, be nice.Attached Filesnbsp;
