The first thing you'll notice about this agency is the high agency fee, higher than anyone else in the area. You might be thinking it's worth paying for a good service, but I wouldn't go with this agency if it were free.
I first went in to inquire about a property I was interested in, normally you get somebody to greet you, ask you what you need and explain the process/details to you. Here they told me to fill in a form and pay £220. I told them to slow down, I was only there to ask, but they were only interested in the money, they weren't even able to answer basic questions about the place.
I disregarded the poor service, took a gamble and signed the contract. Well, after I handed over the cheque, the service got even worse. They move at a snail's pace - first they tell me they'd get back to me in a couple of days... then, both a week and ten days later, it's me that has to call them to ask what's up. This is a general theme with this agency - you have to do their work for them. Missing document in the application form? Instead of calling you to ask you to send it in, you have to call them and ask what the problem is. Try giving them a call and see how unprofessional the whole bunch is - the guy who showed me around the property had no idea how to conduct a viewing...
The whole process dragged out for far too long. Luckily the next time I had to deal with them was a couple of years later when I moved out. And you can probably guess it took forever to get my cheque back after I finally managed to get them to send it.
In general: slow, unprofessional and nowhere near helpful for the price you pay.

I am the neighbor of this tenant and has been throughout her whole tenancy and all i can say is that this woman was a living nightmare. constant people back and forth, overgrown gardens. i met the owner when he renovated it and in all fairness the guy done a great job.
