I just wanted to praise your team at Ashford, including Gary, Kim, Ashley, Richard and Matthew as the service they have provided me has been outstanding.

I had my house on the market with another well established agent previously. In 5 weeks I had a handful of viewings and no offers combined with terrible customer service and I had to do all the chasing for simple things like feedback or show potential buyers round.

Your team took over and I was immediately struck at just how professional, polite and proactive they were. It was clear from the outset with Gary and his valuation that they had my best interests at heart. There were no big words and false promises I had with the previous agents.

Kim and Ashley came round after the photos and floor plans were done by Matthew (which were stunning btw - much better than my previous agents and they sent around a "professional" photographer which I paid hundreds for!) both Ashley and Kim asked me lots of relevant questions, all of which I have asked other agents when I was a potential buyer. If I had a pound for every time the other agents said "I'll ask the vendor and get back to you" I wouldn't have a mortgage!

My house went online with yourselves and within a few hours I had an offer at full asking from the first viewing.

When a chain check by Kim revealed a collapsed chain further down the line my house was re marketed and more viewings lined up within a day. Once again another offer at full asking was received this time with another buyer who has a lot smaller chain. Kim worked incredibly hard during negotiations and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Although we are yet to exchange, I just had to take the time to let you know just how impressed I am with your team. They are a breath of fresh air in an industry often dogged by criticism and sometimes questionable tactics by others in the market place.

If there is some way of recognising or rewarding their amazing work as a collective I would recommend them without hesitation, I cannot thank them enough. They are a credit to the company.
