Utterly useless. It took them 3 MONTHS to have our ceiling repainted when it was covered with mould and we have been without heating for a week now. They just don't care and treat tenants as an inconvenience. Despite that, they have some of the highest fees I've encountered. Not to mention they threaten the tenant with fees if THEY turn up to an inspection without the keys!
What agent could do to change your mind?
