Having just exchanged and completed on our first home together, myself and my partner have been very impressed with the service from Thomas Morris, Ali in particular. We had been looking for a property for a little while and Ali was always keeping us in the loop about anything coming on. We offered on a house that we then lost, and Ali called us straight away about a new house coming on. We viewed it straight away and offered - with Ali's fantastic negotiation skills we got an offer accepted. The process hasn't been painless but Ali has always kept us fully in the loop with exactly what is going on and got back to us when she said she would - which is a trait a lot of Estate Agents don't have. Nobody should have any excuse not to use Thomas Morris! Thanks to you and all the team for all your efforts.
