Initial contact was good,during a phone conversation in arranging a viewing.viewing arranged for 12pm.I arrived at 12.03,having had to leave my work in warlingham,and also the estate agent failing to let us now there was a property the other end of the road with the same door number,where a resident informed us we were waiting at the wrong property.the road the property is on is pay and display,where the machine was half way done the road.at 12.20,after standing outside the property for all that time,I called the office to ask where she was,to be told she had left at 12 as I was late.apparently she had tried calling me and my phone had gone to voicemail (no missed calls).I explained the parking and the property at the end of the road and how far I had come.apparently she's a very busy girl and I should have rung her to tell her I was running late.I asked why she didn't leave a message on my voicemail,but she said it wasn't het job to chase me up,and argued I wasn't there.I told her i had a parking ticket to prove I was.after lots of shouting on both parts,she said to go to the office and hung up.my mum went to the office while I waited and the woman in there was totally rude and disrespectful,calling me a liar.her "busyness" involved rudeness rolling her eyes,sarcasm,turning her back and talking to a colleague while being spoken to and spinning in her chair.eventually another man in the company took us to view,where I haven't seen a property in such a state.the internal doors were kicked in,knee deep in dirt and filth,stunk to high heaven.you wouldn't have put an animal in there.with property like that,I really don't feel they are in a position to treat any of their clients the way I have treated.avoid at all costs!!!! The most ignorant,rude,unprofessional people i have ever come across.disgusting behaviour and disgusting property
What agent could do to change your mind?
Employ staff with manners and minimal attitude.
Clean up rental property's
Wait longer than 3minutes for clients to arrive
